Hotel Indigo in San Diego is seeking a Restaurant Server to warmly welcome guests, recommend menu items, and help maintain high service standards. You will ensure smooth service, assist with kitchen duties when needed, and support guests with queries while upholding hygiene and safety practices.

The position offers an hourly pay rate of $19, with a benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401k, and other perks for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Able to lift, move, and arrange objects up to 50 lbs.
• Good reading, writing and basic math skills.
• Willing to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Compliant with local food handling and alcohol serving laws; fluent in the local language.
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests and recommend food and drink to enhance dining experiences.
• Assist in keeping service on-track and up to standard.
• Manage supplies and equipment; minimize waste.
• Report unsafe equipment or defects to supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene to meet local standards.
• Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties when needed.
• Address guest queries and provide advice.
