Job summary

Calcutta Grill is seeking a server to provide friendly, sincere service and engage guests to ensure an outstanding experience. You will take orders, greet guests, and deliver food promptly while maintaining clean attire and a polished appearance.

You will be expected to upsell, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively with guests and team members. The role requires a Food Handler’s Card and flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be highly customer oriented and responsive.
• Able to work well under pressure and balance multiple priorities.
• Must be comfortable in a fast paced environment with continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders into POS.
• Greet guests within 15 feet with a sincere welcome.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly from kitchen and bar.
• Prepare final bill and maintain communication with guests and team members.
• Maintain clean, orderly appearance and uniform as required.
• Upsell specials and personal recommendations when appropriate.
