Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server is required.
• Ability to memorize all ingredients in the menu and specials.
• General knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for extended periods.
• Ability to listen to and respond to customer needs.
• Courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, seat them, and present menus.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders, making suggestions and answering questions.
• Deliver food and drinks to guests' tables promptly and correctly.
• Regularly check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Deliver checks, process payments, and handle tips.
• Provide friendly and efficient service, contributing to a positive dining experience.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
• Help with bussing tables, restocking stations, and other duties as needed.
