Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking dependable, customer-focused Lot Attendants / Lot Auditors to support safe, clean, and efficient parking operations in Oklahoma City, OK. The role requires assisting guests, directing traffic, processing payments, and keeping accurate records in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Pay is $14.00 per hour with opportunities for overtime; status is non-exempt. Shift flexibility includes nights, weekends, and holidays, and benefits may include insurance and

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Professional, friendly and helpful attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Direct vehicles and assist guests with parking.
• Issue tickets and accurately process payments.
• Maintain records of tickets, payments, revenue, vehicles, keys and daily activity.
• Complete shift logs, reports and required documentation.
• Monitor the parking area and report safety or suspicious activity.
• Ensure vehicles are parked safely according to policies.
• Maintain clean parking areas and workspaces.
• Perform light cleaning and other duties as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team using radios and approved technology.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures and parking regulations.
• Attend required training and perform other duties as assigned.
