Job summary

Noodles & Company is hiring a Team Member/Cook to join a friendly team and deliver a great guest experience in a fast-paced restaurant. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare food items, and help maintain a clean, safe dining room and kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome.
• Take guests' food orders and handle cash and credit transactions.
• Follow Noodles & Company's policies, including cash handling and safety.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
• Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Prepare food items (prep, noodles, salads, soups, sandwiches).
• Check food quality and temperatures to ensure freshness and safety.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures including knife handling and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of restaurant areas.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints effectively.
• Work as a team to prepare the restaurant for each shift.
• Act with integrity and promote company culture.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
