Job summary

Hawks Cay Resort in the Florida Keys seeks a qualified Marina Supervisor to lead all wet services and dock management. The role ensures safe, efficient operations, coordinates dockhands and maintenance, and upholds the resort’s high standards of guest service.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory control, safety training, and coordination with local authorities. A background in luxury marina operations and CPR/First Aid is preferred.
