Bear Creek is seeking a Laundry Attendant who focuses on guest service and a positive experience. The role supports the housekeeping team by handling linens, maintaining laundry flow, and ensuring rooms are ready for new guests. Teamwork, clear communication, and attention to detail are essential.

The position requires handling dirty linens, operating laundry equipment, stocking closets, and maintaining clean public spaces. Availability for peak times including weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 6 months of laundry room experience preferred.
• Availability during peak operating times, weekends, holidays and special events.

Responsibilities

• Daily stripping and collecting dirty linens from each guest room floor.
• Operate the industrial iron to maintain a quality appearance of guestroom linen.
• Fold all towels, guestroom and spa linens to maintain appearance.
• Remove all garbage at the end of the day.
• Clean and organize laundry room.
• Track supply inventories.
• Stock housekeeping closets with fresh linens and supplies to meet par levels.
• Clean daily assigned public spaces (mopping, trash, restrooms, dusting).
• Smile, acknowledge and greet guests in rooms or hallways.
• Respond to guests' requests for additional supplies.
