Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Boston/Waltham is seeking a friendly Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs across the hotel, including basic HVAC and daily preventive tasks. You’ll troubleshoot issues, inspect guest rooms, and respond quickly to service calls, while helping maintain a clean, safe, and guest-ready environment.

The role requires ability to lift 50–100 lbs, a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience in a hotel or luxury hospitality environment preferred.
• Familiarity with basic HVAC, plumbing, drywall, PTAC units, and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of fire protection and life safety systems is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel.
• Troubleshoot issues and determine necessary repairs.
• Complete routine and preventive maintenance, including guest room inspections.
• Respond promptly to guest room work orders and service calls.
• Maintain the hotel’s interior and exterior.
• Assist with housekeeping duties as needed.
