Job summary

Invited is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to provide outstanding customer service to members and guests at our club. You will assist with bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and maintaining clean, organized work areas around the Golf Shop and practice facilities.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading bags, cart marshaling, promoting club events, and coordinating with golf operations staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all players.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with members, guests, and staff.
• Strong knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service.
• High attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading/unloading bags and delivering clubs to cars as needed.
• Promote club events, course conditions, and amenities to enhance member/guest experience.
• Marshal carts in the staging area, track usage, and ensure carts are clean and safe; report issues to Golf Shop.
• Maintain cart barn, storage areas, practice facilities, and external spaces to keep them neat and safe.
• Set up and manage practice areas, stocking equipment for daily use.
• Collaborate with golf operations staff to ensure seamless, efficient service.
• Complete daily assignments and keep work areas and Golf Shop organized.
