Job summary

Main Event is seeking a friendly Games Attendant to be at the heart of our games floor, helping Guests enjoy Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms and more. You will monitor activities, assist with point redemption, and ensure equipment is clean and safe to use.

You’ll also help with opening, mid-day, or closing duties and collaborate with the Technical Team. Ideal candidates are guest-focused, comfortable with technology, and able to work days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset and ability to engage guests enthusiastically.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.
• Teamwork is essential to succeed in a dynamic environment.
• Able to communicate effectively with management, team members, and guests.
• Available to work days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and stock games areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Provide exceptional guest service and help guests create memorable experiences.
• Keep games and prize areas clean and stocked.
• Assist guests with questions about point redemption.
• Perform minor repairs on games and equipment.
• Report wear and damage to the Technical Team.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards and engage guests as a FUN ambassador.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
