Main Event Entertainment in Austin, TX seeks a friendly Games Attendant to ensure a clean, safe, and fun games floor. You will engage guests, explain game options, and help guests redeem prizes while keeping all equipment in top condition.

This role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include monitoring attractions such as Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, and Rock Climbing for safety, restocking, performing

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcomes and engages guests as an ambassador of FUN.
• Monitor Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Rock Climbing for safety and stock.
• Provide memorable experiences with exceptional service.
• Assist guests with questions on point redemption.
• Perform minor repairs to games and laser tag gear.
• Report wear and damage to the Technical Team.
• Handle opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
