Peppertree Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly Front Desk Team Member for all shifts. You will greet guests, check them in/out, and provide information to ensure a welcoming experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Must be comfortable using computers and communicating clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and check guests in/out using the computer systems.
• Answer phones, assist with reservations and local travel questions.
• Assist with light laundry, restocking towels, and lobby tidying when needed.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
