Qualifications

• Minimum two-years’ experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Must read, write, speak, understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service with smiles and professional verbiage.
• Greet guests within 45 seconds and manage seating and beverage service.
• Carry heavy trays securely and comply with tray delivery procedures.
• Observe timing guidelines to optimize guest satisfaction.
• Know food and beverage menus to assist with recommendations and sales.
• Maintain clean and well-stocked tables and dining areas.
• Deliver checks and process cash-out promptly.
• Collaborate with team to ensure top service quality.
