Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years.
• Health and Alcohol cards required.
• 2 years' experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly service with smiles, professional verbiage, escort guests, and engage in friendly mannerisms to deliver superior service.
• Greet guests within 45 seconds and present beverage napkins properly.
• Carry heavy trays and use jack-stands securely.
• Time guest experiences to optimize satisfaction.
• Take orders, deliver food and beverages, and check guests’ enjoyment.
• Maintain clean tables and assist bussers to ensure a quality dining experience.
