Qualifications

• Experience as a Food Server preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and active listening abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and a desire to exceed guest expectations.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menu items.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsabilités

• Guest Interaction: Greet guests, provide menus, answer questions about the menu and specials, take accurate orders.
• Order Accuracy: Input orders into POS with modifications and dietary requests.
• Service Excellence: Serve promptly, check order accuracy before delivery, anticipate guest needs.
• Table Maintenance: Clear and reset tables for the next guests.
• Up-Selling: Encourage menu options, desserts, and specialty drinks to increase revenue.
• Payment Processing: Present bills, process payments, provide change/receipts.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean workstation and service areas.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers during peak times.
