Job summary

V&E Hospitality Group in Las Vegas is seeking friendly Food Servers to join our team and create memorable dining experiences. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure timely delivery of meals with attentive service.

Responsibilities include POS input, upselling, processing payments, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Evening and weekend availability is required, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the group.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Food Server is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and active listening abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and a desire to exceed guest expectations.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menu items.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, provide menus, and answer questions. Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Input orders into POS with precision and communicate modifications to kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure order accuracy.
• Clear and reset tables to maintain a clean dining area for the next guests.
• Encourage upselling of appetizers, desserts, and drinks to enhance dining experience.
• Present bills, process payments, and provide receipts; thank guests and invite return.
• Maintain a clean workstation and service areas; assist in restaurant cleanliness.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth service.
