Job summary

V&E Hospitality Group is seeking enthusiastic Food Servers to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. You will greet guests, take accurate orders, and deliver food and beverages with attention to detail, while upselling items to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Food Server is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and active listening abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and a desire to exceed guest expectations.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menu items.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, provide menus, answer questions about menu and specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Input orders into POS with precision; communicate modifications to kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly; check order accuracy before delivering.
• Clear tables, remove used dishes and reset tables for the next guests.
• Encourage guests to explore menu options to increase revenue.
• Present bills, process payments, provide change or receipts, thank guests.
• Maintain a clean workstation and assist in restaurant cleanliness.
• Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service.
