Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG) is seeking a Food Server in Elk Grove, CA. You will warmly welcome guests, take and enter orders, and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• US work eligibility required.
• Driver's license required.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• 2+ years related experience.
• POS systems experience.
• Familiarity with beer and spirits.
• Sanitation and safety knowledge.
• Safe alcohol service.
• Full service restaurant operations.
• English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with accurate and thorough information regarding menu items, pricing, and allergen information.
• Recognize and cultivate regular guests and repeat business.
• Take and enter orders into POS system promptly and accurately.
• Ensure all food and drinks are served immediately and according to specifications.
• Comply with safety and sanitation standards and liquor laws.
• Maintain company safety practices and manage opening/closing duties.
