Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Outlet/Restaurant team member in the Houston area to assist the Outlet Manager and servers, maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and delivering stellar guest service. The role involves expeditious table clearing, resetting, stocking, serving beverages, and ensuring smooth service across meal periods.

Qualified candidates will handle up to 50 lbs, move up to 150 lbs, and communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodation.
• Ability to move or push goods up to 150 lbs. with or without accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Clear dirty tables quickly and reset them for the next guests.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods.
• Serve beverages, bread, and butter and replenish as needed.
• Transport used tableware to the dishwashing area for cleaning.
• Attend regularly and be available to work as scheduled.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
