Maxby Hospitality is hiring Food Runners to join Ancho & Agave's growing team in Lombard, IL. If you have a passion for food and an eye for detail, we want you! You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring a great experience for every guest.

Your responsibilities will include delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables and ensuring food quality and safety standards are met. We offer an hourly rate of $9 plus tips, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career advancement.

Formación

• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately.
• Ensure the highest quality of food presentation is maintained.
• Act as the point-of-contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff.
• Communicate food orders, paying attention to priorities and special requests.
• Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards.
• Answer guests’ questions about ingredients and menu items.

Conocimientos

Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules

Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

Good oral communication skills

Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment

Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and/or plates

Ability to multitask
