Discovery Land Company is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant at Homewood Mountain & Lake Club in California. The role covers cashier duties, running food, and bussing tables in a high-volume setting.

Applicants should have prior F&B service experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. A Food Handler certification is required or obtainable before start date.

Formación

• Experience in food and beverage service preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and composure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; long hours may be required.
• Current Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date).

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests with a friendly demeanor at the register.
• Accurately ring up orders, process payments, and issue receipts using POS.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payments with precision.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, pricing, specials, and promotions.
• Assist kitchen staff by running food orders to guests promptly.
• Ensure items are delivered to the correct table and presented neatly.
• Clear tables and reset for the next guests; maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate dietary needs or special requests to kitchen staff.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
