Job summary

Discovery Land Company is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for Homewood Mountain Resort in California. Lead the F&B team, uphold service excellence, and ensure quality standards in a scenic, resort setting.

You will oversee operations at 89 Bar & Grill or Big Blue View Bar, train staff, ensure compliance with safety standards, and contribute to guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Food & Beverage experience.
• 1 year in a leadership service role or similar capacity with exposure to F&B standards.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to train others and maintain accountability.
• Knowledge of HACCP and local food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house staff including servers, hosts, bartenders, and bussers; provide direction, training, and feedback.
• Oversee daily operations of the venue (89 Bar & Grill or Big Blue View Bar); manage schedules and staff performance.
• Ensure prompt, courteous, and attentive guest service and address concerns professionally.
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage preparation and presentation per recipes and quality standards.
• Manage inventory and stock, supplier orders, and regular inventory checks; keep bar well stocked.
