Job summary

Fresca, LLC is seeking a Food Beverage Attendant to support daily F&B operations, take orders, prepare and serve items, and ensure accurate POS transactions. The role emphasizes guest service, sanitation, and a welcoming environment for guests and team members.

Qualified candidates will have cash handling experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting while adhering to company and health department guidelines.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced food and beverage environment preferred.
• Previous cash handling and customer service experience.
• Prior experience with Infogenesis or similar POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture.
• Take food and beverage orders, prepare drinks, and ensure items are served accurately and efficiently.
• Follow all cash handling and POS system procedures, including processing comps and managing cash drops.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, dining area, and FOH equipment.
• Receive and stock warehouse orders, ensuring all items are properly labeled and stored.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures.
