Job summary

Fresca, LLC is seeking a Food Beverage Attendant to support daily operations in our busy Food & Beverage department. You will take guest orders, prepare and serve menu items, and ensure accuracy in POS transactions while delivering friendly, efficient service to guests and team members.

You will maintain cleanliness, handle cash and comps per policy, stock supplies, and help ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are met. Prior cash handling and customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced food and beverage environment preferred.
• Previous cash handling and customer service experience.
• Prior experience with Infogenesis or similar POS systems preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture.
• Take food and beverage orders, prepare drinks, and ensure items are served accurately and efficiently.
• Follow all cash handling and POS system procedures, including processing comps and managing cash drops.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, dining area, and FOH equipment per Health Department and company guidelines.
• Receive and stock warehouse orders, ensuring all items are properly labeled and stored.
