Job summary

Fresca, LLC is seeking a Food Beverage Attendant to support daily operations in the Food & Beverage department. You will take guest orders, prepare and serve items, and ensure accuracy in POS transactions while upholding quality and sanitation standards in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include handling cash, stocking supplies, and maintaining clean work areas. The role requires effective communication, teamwork, and adherence to gaming and company policies where applicable.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced food and beverage environment preferred
• Previous cash handling and customer service experience.
• Prior experience with Infogenesis or similar POS systems preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
• Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment
• Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture
• Take food and beverage orders, prepare drinks, and ensure items are served accurately and efficiently
• Follow all cash handling and POS system procedures, including processing comps and managing cash drops
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, dining area, and FOH equipment per Health Department and company guidelines
• Receive and stock warehouse orders, ensuring all items are properly labeled and stored.
• Ensure adequate shift supplies including POS ribbons, comp paper, envelopes, and receipt paper
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
