Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a high-volume food & beverage environment preferred.
• Previous cash handling and customer service experience.
• Prior experience with Infogenesis POS systems preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture.
• Take food and beverage orders, prepare drinks, and ensure items are served accurately and efficiently.
• Follow cash handling and POS system procedures, including processing comps and managing cash drops.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, dining area, and FOH equipment per Health Department and company guidelines.
• Receive and stock warehouse orders, ensuring all items are properly labeled and stored.
