Job summary

WarHorse Gaming is seeking a Food & Beverage Expeditor in Omaha, NE to ensure fast, accurate flow of orders between kitchen and front-of-house. You will coordinate communication, monitor orders via Kitchen Display Systems, and ensure presentation/quality before delivery.

We seek strong communicators who thrive in a fast-paced setting and can maintain a Nebraska Gaming License. This full-time position includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities in hospitality operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to secure and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain expeditor station according to volume and health regulations.
• Coordinate flow and prioritization of food orders to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
• Verify accuracy and presentation quality of all dishes prior to service.
• Communicate modifications and allergy alerts to kitchen staff.
• Assist culinary team with final plating and quality control as needed.
• Ensure food is delivered promptly to guests with servers and food runners.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
