Job summary

WarHorse Gaming in Omaha, NE is seeking a Food Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences and provide friendly, attentive service. You will take guest orders, serve food and beverages, maintain dining room cleanliness, and ensure guests receive outstanding service that reflects WarHorse Gaming standards.

The role requires serving alcoholic beverages, knowledge of menu items, and flexibility to work day, swing, or grave shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Ability to use smartphones/tablets.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous food and beverage service.
• Take accurate orders and enter into POS.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and setup.
• Monitor tables and replace china, silverware, glassware.
• Follow company policies, health codes, and safety rules.
• Attend meetings and training sessions.
• Support hosts and other staff to ensure efficient service.
