Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food and beverages per menu.

• Follow alcohol service guidelines per California and campus rules.
• Stock and merchandise products on the sales floor.
• Adhere to health, safety and sustainability standards.
• Cross-train across operation areas as needed.
