Hardee's is hiring a Team Member at our Troy, MO location. This on-site, part-time role supports fast-paced restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean, safe environment for guests and staff.

Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old, have reliable transportation, and can work flexible shifts, including opening or closing. Prior experience is not required, but a positive attitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsabilités

• Follows guest service guidelines to ensure guests receive SUPERSTAR service.
• Works assigned station(s) accurately and productively; cleans and stocks the station area(s).
• Prepares, packages and delivers products according to menu standards.
• Handles food products according to company procedures and sanitation requirements.
• Follows cash control guidelines to minimize restaurant costs.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Performs other duties and/or special projects as required.
