Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• The Crew Person provides each guest with a positive experience and prepares quality food according to standards.
• Keeps restaurant clean, pleasant and safe for all guests and employees.
• Follows all Company Guest service guidelines and procedures to ensure superstar service.
• Works assigned station(s), cleans and stocks the station areas, and performs other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Handles all products according to procedures and follows food safety and sanitation requirements.
