Tatte Bakery & Café in Belmont, MA seeks friendly Counter Team Members to deliver warm hospitality and memorable guest experiences. You will learn our menu, answer questions, and assist in taking orders at the counter.

Roles involve working in a fast-paced café, preparing and packaging items, and supporting cleanliness and safety standards. Flexible schedules are available, with opportunities for growth within the company.

• Prepare and package food according to Tatte standards.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests.
• Support café cleanliness, visual standards, and food safety practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Our Counter Team Members create welcoming experiences for every guest who visits our cafés. You’ll provide exceptional hospitality, build strong knowledge of our food and beverage offerings, take and fulfill guest orders, and help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café.

We are looking for team members who:

• Have engaging, warm, and welcoming communication skills
• Have a passion for hospitality and great food

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / WORKING CONDITIONS

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to reach, bend, and lift overhead
• Ability to lift, move, and carry 50+ pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours per shift
