Tatte Bakery & Cafe is seeking Counter Team Members to greet guests, take orders, and deliver food with friendly, knowledgeable service in a fast-paced café setting. You will help maintain a clean, welcoming space and learn our menu to confidently recommend items.

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.

• Prepare and package food according to Tatte standards.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked café stations.
• Support café cleanliness, visual standards, and food safety practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Our Counter Team Members create welcoming experiences for every guest who visits our cafés. You’ll provide exceptional hospitality, build strong knowledge of our food and beverage offerings, take and fulfill guest orders, and help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café.

Essential Functions / Working Conditions
