Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification.
• Demonstrates positive guest service skills.
• Requires occasional lifting up to 25 lb.
• May be required to meet state age requirements for serving alcohol.
• May be required to obtain TIPS/TEAM card for alcohol locations.
• May be required to complete Serve Safe Food Handlers certification.

Responsibilities

• Courteously greets and assists all guests.
• Takes food orders and serves guests.
• Prepares and builds food items according to recipes and directions.
• Stores food safely following policy and procedures.
• Sets up workstations with prep tables and service counters.
• Cleans and sanitizes workstations.
• Replenishes food items and maintains stock levels.
