Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Concession Stand Lead to oversee daily food service operations at our Washington, DC venue, including inventory, guest service, food preparation, and safety procedures. You will supervise a team, train staff, ensure quality and sanitation, and coordinate with managers to meet client requirements.

This role requires flexibility, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred.
• Previous food service experience required.
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification.
• Exhibit and practice the highest level of guest satisfaction skills.
• Basic accounting knowledge and experience managing inventory required.
• Willing to accept change, new procedures, and constructive comments.
• Ability to establish relationships with guests and co-workers.
• Demonstrate organizational skills to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns daily work to a food service team and supervises completion of tasks.
• Trains and guides staff on food safety, sanitation, and customer service.
• Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions.
• Stores food properly following safety policies.
• Sets up workstations and service counters.
• Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes workstations.
• Serves food to customers and ensures guest satisfaction.
• Replenishes food items and maintains stock levels.
• Adheres to alcohol service policies and checks IDs.
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guests and co-workers.
• Is adaptable to customer needs and works with safety policies.
