Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in food service preferred.
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification.
• Demonstrates positive guest service skills.
• May be required to obtain TIPS/TEAM card where alcohol is served.
• May be required to complete Serve Safe Food Handlers certification.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Courteously greets and assists all guests.
• Takes food orders and serves guests.
• Prepares and builds food items according to recipes.
• Stores food safely and follows sanitation policies.
• Sets up workstations and service counters.
• Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes work areas.
• Maintains guest satisfaction and anticipates guest needs.
• Replenishes food items and maintains stock levels.
• Handles cash and reconciles register sales.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies including alcohol policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
