Renaissance Shoals Resort & Spa is seeking a friendly Coffee Shop Attendant to deliver high-quality beverages and exceptional guest service at our on-site coffee shop. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere, assist guests with orders, and ensure efficient service during peak hours.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean work area, restocking and refreshing coffee, properly wrapping to-go items, and handling payments via the POS system while upholding safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional service to guests at the on-site coffee shop.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and assist guests with politeness and attentiveness.
• Follow cash handling and POS procedures to ensure accurate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Be the Heart of Hospitality by keeping a clean, organized work area.
• Season coffee to maintain taste by refreshing beverages every two hours.
• Greet customers, assist with orders, and manage to-go packaging.
• Handle payments accurately using the POS system and maintain proper cash handling.
