Job summary

Enchantment Resort in Sedona, AZ is seeking a friendly Coffee Bar Attendant to provide efficient beverage service and memorable guest experiences. You will prepare coffee and espresso drinks, pastries, and light items while assisting guests with menu selections and entering orders into the POS system.

Ideal candidates will have quick-service experience, strong English communication, and a neat, professional appearance.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must work well with or without direct supervision.
Neat and well-groomed at all times.
Current food handler’s certification required.
Prior quick service and serving experience desired.
English skills necessary to communicate with Guests.

Responsibilities

Provide and facilitate excellent food and beverage service to our Guests in an expedient, professional and courteous manner.
Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks, pastries, pre-packaged menu items etc.
Assist coffee bar Guests with menu selections, accurately record selections, pay attention to special requests, and enter orders into POS.
Explain all special orders to kitchen/culinary team when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and setup of the coffee bar area and replenish items as needed.
Greet and acknowledge guests, use their name, and provide attentive service.
