Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Cashier in Knoxville, TN to warmly greet guests and deliver exceptional hospitality while accurately handling payments and receipts. You will reconcile revenue, operate POS systems, and help guests with directions and information about the facility and local area.

The role requires 1–3 months of related experience or training, a high school diploma or GED, and basic math skills. The position is full-time, with a 3pm–11pm schedule, outdoors, and includes a 401k/insurance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to three months related experience or training, or equivalent education.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly guest service and greet guests by name when appropriate.
• Process payments accurately and reconcile revenue.
• Assist guests with directions and information about facilities.
• Complete shift reports and operate cash registers and card machines.
• Follow SOPs and assist Lead Cashier/Account Manager.
