Panera Bread is hiring a Restaurant Team Member to be the heart of hospitality in our bakery-cafe. You will greet guests warmly, assemble fresh salads, soups and sandwiches with care, and support the team across production, service, and cashiers.

Qualifications

• You meet the minimum age requirement (16+) and can lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to clearly communicate and understand guests and team members in a loud environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for making guests smile and feel welcome.
• You are excited to create moments of comfort, connection and joy for every guest.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can multitask with ease.
• You are reliable, punctual and flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety training (Food Handler's Card) may be required by law.
• Food service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups and sandwiches with care and speed.
• Greet guests at entry, cashier and dining areas and assist as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment following food safety standards and protocols.
• Keep teams informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes positively.
• Assist with cleaning, stocking and setting up for the next shift.
