Panera Bread is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to be the heart of hospitality, delivering warm, friendly service and helping greet guests in a fast-paced bakery-cafe environment. You will perform varied duties across production, prep, service, cashier, and dining areas while upholding food safety and quality standards.

Applicants should be 16+, able to lift 25 lbs, and multitask with a positive attitude. The position offers flexible scheduling, meal benefits, and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16+ and ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Clear communication in a loud environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to make guests smile.
• Able to create moments of comfort and joy for every guest.
• Fast-paced environment and multitasking.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety training completed or trained (Food Handler's Card).

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Stay on the move - assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols.
• Be informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude.
• Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift.
