The ideal candidate will have hospitality or service experience, strong people skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Room service support and coordination with hotel departments are also part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide attentive food and beverage service throughout the dining experience.
• Take orders, process payments, and handle cash accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and offerings; upsell where appropriate.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas; follow health and safety standards.
• Support room service and assist other hotel departments as needed.
