Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa is seeking a Beverage Server to deliver prompt, friendly service to guests at the bar and dining areas.

You will take orders, serve drinks, handle payments, and help maintain a clean, organized station while promoting memorable guest experiences in a lively casino environment.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work flexible shifts, and comfort working in a busy, smoky setting. Experience in hospitality is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have strong oral communication and friendly, professional demeanor.
• Able to lift up to 10 pounds and stand/walk for most of shift.
• Will­ing to work a flexible schedule and in a smoky environment.
• Must maintain composure in busy casino service settings.

Responsibilities

• Take customer drink orders and serve beverages in a courteous manner.
• Suggestive selling and handling payments.
• Set up and keep station clean; assist VIP beverage cart when needed.
• Promote positive guest relations and teamwork.
