Job summary

Hard Rock International is seeking a Beverage Server for the Casino Service Bar to provide attentive service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages across the property. You will take orders, serve drinks, and handle payments with courtesy and accuracy.

Responsibilities include maintaining bar cleanliness, adhering to state liquor laws, completing TIPS training, and ensuring a positive guest experience in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Mixology certification preferred.
• IPS certification and Sanitation certification are preferred.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and making change.
• Ability to deliver a service level that creates a positive, memorable entertainment experience.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders, serve drinks, and collect payments courteously and efficiently.
• Ensure guest satisfaction in assigned areas and assist as needed across the venue.
• Adhere to state liquor laws and follow TIPS guidelines.
• Keep bar and service area clean, sanitary, and organized at all times.
• Support beverage control procedures and company policies.
