Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Springfield, proudly managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality, is seeking a Bartender to join our fast-paced, guest-focused team. You will take and deliver orders, craft drinks, and ensure accurate payments while upholding safety standards.

You’ll work with hotel departments on events and daily operations, keep a clean workspace, and communicate clearly with guests to exceed expectations. Weekend availability and flexible scheduling are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to obtain required permits or certificates.
• Up to 40 hours per week with varied shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Must be available to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver orders, prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Process guest payments and maintain beverage service standards.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and adhere to food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to support events and daily operations.
• Provide outstanding hospitality to guests.
