The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and hospitality experience is preferred. Flexibility for varied shifts, including nights and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to work in a team.
• Commitment to guest service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Able to meet government or brand permits/certificates as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and accurately enter food and beverage orders.
• Serve meals and beverages and process payments.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout dining experience.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Support restaurant and hotel operations as needed.
