Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds connections and anticipates needs.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to guest preferences.
• Switches between barista, greeter, and other roles as needed.
• Takes orders and manages the cash drawer following safety standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Makes product recommendations grounded in knowledge.
• Shows up on time and maintains reliable attendance.
• Upholds core values and contributes to a positive team environment.
