Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for coffee and hospitality.
• Preferred: Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and makes someone's day.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to guest preferences.
• Moves between barista, greeter, and other roles as needed during the shift.
• Takes orders and manages the cash drawer with accuracy and safety.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked to standard quality and safety.
