Job summary

Dream Nashville is seeking a Barista to provide excellent guest service and high quality beverages with the hotel’s Food & Beverage team.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of barista experience, hospitality background, and comfort with a high‑volume environment and cash handling.

You will prepare beverages, take orders at the POS, keep a clean workspace, and deliver a fast, friendly guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of barista knowledge or equivalent experience.
• Hospitality background preferred with guest‑facing roles.
• Experience handling cash and operating POS systems.
• Strong knowledge of beverages and hotel offerings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages (coffee, latte, espresso, teas) using an industrial espresso machine.
• Handle cash transactions following policy and input orders in POS.
• Maintain a clean and organized guest environment and workstation.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly manner.
• Take guest orders and ensure knowledge of menu; support high volume service.
• All other tasks as assigned.
