Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcoholic beverages.
• 1 year experience as a Restaurant or Banquet food server preferred.
• Availability during peak operating times (weekends, holidays, events).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and assist with seating.
• Serve all food courses and non-alcoholic beverages as required.
• Clear courses following procedures and maintain service knowledge.
• Set up and breakdown function rooms and coffee breaks per group requirements.
• Adhere to state liquor regulations and proper cash handling procedures.
• Work as part of the Banquets Department team to ensure guest satisfaction.
